Oral Health Tips

Feb 26,2024

Many people are unaware of the correct way to care for their oral health and teeth. It is important to change your toothbrush every 3 months or when any signs of bristle wear appear. Toothpaste should be applied to a dry toothbrush without water, and brushing should commence followed by rinsing. Using mouthwash without a prescription is not recommended, as some types may cause tooth discoloration that is difficult to remove.

Flossing should be done correctly by placing it between the teeth and pulling it out from one side rather than pulling it outward in the same direction as insertion.
